Being Faithful during Frustration

"Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the  Lord  revealed?  For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.  He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.  Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.  All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the  Lord  hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.  He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the...

Don't Look Back!

I was reading over my notes from the corporate fast that I did at the beginning of the month. This fast was about springing forth. To spring forth means to begin to grow, to produce quickly or unexpectedly, to break forth or come into sight, to thrive.  Isaiah 43:18-21 says "Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.  Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? Thanking God for Another Year

Today, I celebrate my 28th birthday! I praise God for 28 years of protection, provision, growth, and revelation. I thank God for always loving me and being faithful even when I didn't love Him and wasn't faithful to Him. He has given me abundant grace and mercy over these years and I am so grateful.  Birthdays are significant because we are all born for and with a purpose. This timing is not a mistake. Jeremiah 1:5 reminds us that God knew us before He formed us in the womb. That we are consecrated and appointed for a purpose. On this day, I thank God for knowing me and having a plan for me before I was even here.  I encourage everyone that comes across this post to find out what your God-given purpose is if you don't already know. & when you celebrate your birthday remember that you are significant and your presence on this Earth is intentional. God loves you and He sees you. You were fearfully and wonderfully made. You have a purpose and God is with you as you cont...
